Donaho then consulted with 5 CEOs of companies exceeding 100 million in their efforts to deploy personnel, infrastructure design, and timeline cost constraints for the Comforce office, what later became acquired and independently owned providing executive consulting in strategic approaches to business. Donaho remained under new leadership, hired new staff and became a Chief Executive Consultant for that firm.
