Later in 1996 Donaho was asked to provide First Citizens Bank with a state- wide hiring practice that rotated teller efforts across the Carolinas. Trained, tested, and Bank approved, Donaho founded this program that First Citizens in 1997 adopted.

Later in 1997, The SCT Corporation, fortune 500 and mission critical graphical user interface software provider in Malvern Penn., recruited her into a pilot program designed for failure in South Carolina. This would be the first centralized effort to deploy corporate recruiting into any of the 7 SCT business units. With little to no market presence in the Southeast/ Southwest and approximately 180 open requisitions for personnel, Donaho was deployed into SCT Utility business unit to begin a marketing effort, Client Services Solution, to hire for those 180 requisitions.
